About Us
Neighbours4Neighbours Australia Inc™ is working to end homelessness by bringing communities together.
Our heart is simple — to walk beside those in crisis with practical support, shared resources, and compassionate action, helping people feel seen, valued, and never alone. Change begins when neighbours care for neighbours, and we aim to make that connection real.
We are currently based in Morayfield, Queensland, serving across South East Queensland and learning alongside those who know their local needs best. As other communities feel called to respond, we hope what we’ve learned can be shared and adapted — growing from South East Queensland to other parts of Australia as doors open and partners come alongside.
Through our BelongHere! initiatives — Outreach, Homes, and Villages — we focus on immediate relief, safe pathways to independence, and neighbourhoods that welcome and restore. Our hope is simply to join hands with churches, neighbours, and local leaders so that together we can bring lasting change.

BelongHere! Villages—Community Response and Outreach Findings

Media reports have indicated that some homeless individuals declined offers of crisis accommodation. In our own outreach conversations with this very same cohort, however, several expressed strong interest in the BelongHere! Village model as an attractive potential long-term housing option (Neighbours4Neighbours, 2025; Neighbours4Neighbours, 2026). Our Villages, therefore, may provide a practical solution to problems that otherwise appears resistant to short-term responses.
These insights arise from direct, ongoing outreach engagement with individuals experiencing homelessness within the same local cohort referenced in public reporting. They reflect repeated, practice-based conversations and real-time responses to the BelongHere! Villages concept as a stable, community-based, long-term housing option.
